1. 3G AUTO SPARES SDN. BHD. ?
Us Team 3G AUTO SPARES having its registered office in No.27, Jalan Segambut Pusat, Taman Segambut, 51200,Kuala Lumpur, WP Kuala Lumpur offers various retail Products including Car Spare Parts through its www.3gauto.com.my (“Platform”) sold by 3g auto (“Products”) to the users of Platform (“Customers”).
2. What is Return Policy?
2.a. 3G Auto Spares Return Policy is designed to protect our Customers against unsatisfying or damaged Products by offering 100% refund or exchange based on our Customers’ preferences upon mutual agreement meeting the return terms and conditions, once the Products have been delivered to the Customer after purchase from Platform. Any return of Products by Customers shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Return Policy.
2.b. Customers are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Return Policy. If Customers do not agree to the terms contained in this Return Policy, Customers are advised to forthwith leave and stop using the Platform. The terms contained in this Return Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for the purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms.
3. Terms of Return & Refund, Exchange And Warranty
This Return Policy is only applicable if the Products that you wish to return are purchased from the Platform. Purchases from 3G Auto Spare retail stores and other e-commerce platforms will not be eligible for this Return Policy.
3.1. The Customers shall initiate exchange or refund requests not later than 7 (seven) days from the date on which you received the delivery of the Products.
3.2 Products to be returned will require the Customers to first send a request via 3G Auto Spare Return Management System.

3.2d. Customers must attach supporting video/images of the Products with at least 2 (two) different angles, pictures of the outer and inner of the packaging with courier label, bubble wrap/box, and the fragile sticker. Customer Support may request additional related supporting documents based on the Return Reason. Failure to provide such documents may result in delayed approval and return rejection. The return request will be reviewed by 3G Auto Spare Customer Support and Customers will be notified of the status of the request within 24 business hours.
3.3 In the event a Customer returns a Product that is not accompanied by the accessories, gifts, or other items originally bundled with such Product, 3g auto spare shall have the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to refuse to accept the return of such Product, or process any refund thereof or deduct the amount payable in respect of such items from the amount of refund such Customer is entitled to.
3.4 The returned Product must follow return requirements as below:
3.4.a. Make sure parts are not in use or installed as required
3.4.b. Make sure parts are returned in clean condition
3.4.c. Make sure the parts are returned without damage
3.5 The online refund amount will be credited to the Customer’s account with the same mode as the original purchase within 14 working days.
3.6 Exchange Product
The Exchange Product must follow return requirements as below :

3.6.b. Once a customer discovers that they have purchased the wrong product, they must inform the platform’s customer service within 1 to 3 days that the product have been exchanged.
3.6.c. When customers request to exchange products, they must provide us with complete information details to ensure that the correct product is exchanged to the customer.
3.6.d. We have considered that a small number of customers may purchase products with the wrong car model and need to exchange them. Therefore, during the customer's request to exchange products, we will check the customer's car model and provide the correct product to the customer. If there is a price, If there is any change, our team will inform the customer, and the customer needs to pay the remaining price before purchasing the product.
3.6.e. Please note that the product to be exchanged must be clean, uninstalled, and undamaged before product exchange can be carried out. Once we find anything inconsistent with the field conditions, we have the right to refuse the product exchange step.
3.7 Warranty
3.7.a. On the 3G Auto Spares website, all original products is not have any warranty.
3.7.b. Once the original product is installed, it cannot be refund, return And exchanged product.
3.7.c. Korea OEM And AfterMarket product a warranty will be issued based on the product
4. 3G AUTO SPARES SDN.BHD.For Refund:
4.1.a. In the event that the customer makes a purchase using 3G AUTO SPARES Business account, the customer is only allowed for return resolution: online refund. 3G AUTO SPARES reserve the right to discuss with the customer for exchange or online refund (Return to Outlet) based on the mutual agreement upon the customer’s request within the return timeframe (7-days from the delivery date).
4.2.b. Shall the customer opt for a refund online (Return to Warehouse); the customer may either return the Product by using their own logistic partners or 3G AUTO SPARES reverse logistic partners.
4.3.c. The process of a return request is similar to the all above.
5. 3G AUTO SPARES reserve the right to amend this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
