1.Shipping Notes

1.a. Your order is shipped directly from our warehouse to you through the appointed courier service that provides the safest shipping to reach you. We send orders to Malaysian addresses except P.O. Box addresses and international addresses.

1.b. All deliveries (Standard, Express, and Click & Collect) are only applicable for orders below 30kg (weight or volumetric, whichever is greater). Please place a separate order if your total cart exceeds this limit.

1.c. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

2.Standard Shipping & Delivery (Time And Date)

>> Malaysia KL , Selangor Area : 3 - 4 Working Days.

>> Sabah & Sarawak Area : 4 - 7 Working Days.

>> Remote Area : 7 Working Days.

3.Self Collection Or Instand Delivery

3.a. Whenever a customer purchases a 3g auto spares product, it is also possible to request a conductive pickup of the product. You only need to inform the customer service team of our team. How we arrange it

3.b. Whenever a customer purchases a product from 3g auto spares and needs to use the product urgently, we can also let the customer choose:

>>> Panda Go

These 3 express delivery options allow customers who urgently need products to get team within the day of placing the order.

4.Tracking

4.a. Upon confirming your order, an Invoice email will promptly follow to acknowledge its receipt.

4.b. Once your parcel is prepared for shipping, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation email containing a designated tracking code.

4.c. Easily monitor the progress of your order <https://www.tracking.my/>by entering the tracking code in the provided search field.

4.d. Please note that there mightbe a slight delay of a few hours before the tracking code becomes active within the system after you've received the Delivery Confirmation email.
